Junior Technical Account Manager

Netvibes is looking for a Junior Technical Account Manager in either San Francisco or New York City to support the business development team.

The role involves working directly with prospects and customers on all technical aspects of both pre and post sales. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of fundamental web technologies and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people in order to ensure pre-sales opportunities are carried out to the highest level and post sales engagements are supported and delivered successfully.

Responsibilities:
As a Junior Technical Account Manager you will work with the business development team to:
  • Develop high quality and efficient pre-sales and project delivery expertise in our ecosystem, so that pre-sales engagements and project deliveries are successfully executed by our partners/sales representatives
  • Act as the interface between clients/prospects, and the business development and tech teams
  • Advise sales people, clients and partners on technical solutions, leveraging deep product and technology expertise
  • Work directly with prospects and clients for presentations and training sessions
  • Debug and document technical issues and work with the tech team to ensure quick resolution
  • Develop technical documentation and articles
  • Help respond to RFI/RFPs
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to bridge the gap between prospects/clients, business development and tech team and explain complex situations to non-technical people
  • Experience in client-facing roles in sales, support and/or training
  • Working knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web APIs, SSL, DNS
  • Self starter with strong organization skills and self-motivation
  • B.A./B.S., preferably in a computing or engineering related subject, or relevant technical experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience

Sales Executive

Netvibes is looking for a Sales Executive in San Francisco who is responsible for growing the Netvibes brand.

We need an experienced sales person who understands solution selling. A successful track record growing and on-boarding clients and polished presentation skills are a must. This person must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of new business opportunities and delivering results against a quota. This individual will be comfortable sourcing leads, cold calling, and building a robust pipeline. Must be a self-starter. As a Sales Executive you will play an important role in executing sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed the company's revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
Become a Netvibes expert by knowing the product and customer inside and out :
  • Exceeding activity, pipeline and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
  • Demonstrating value to key stakeholders within the accounts. Comfortable selling to CXO’s.
  • Build a plan to maximize revenue within your accounts
  • Close large, complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders
  • Working with other departments to prioritize, coordinate and apply resources where needed
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on strategic sales principles
Experience:
  • B.A./B.S.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience selling into agencies and the enterprise
  • Proven sales experience with a history of professional achievement and goal attainment
  • Growing rolodex with enterprise companies (incl marketing, PR, brand managers) and marketing/pr agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; presentation and PowerPoint skills; and interpersonal skills
  • Be passionate about the space. Be willing to tweet, post, attend events and become a Netvibes evangelist!

    • Ergonomie
  • Dans tous les cas :
    • Connaissance des outils de versioning (comme Subversion, Git)
    • Web services avec leurs API (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, ...)
  • Et surtout :
    • Vous pouvez éviter un tir de Nerf tout en commitant
    • Vous savez à l'aveugle différencier une Kronenbourg d'une Chimay bleue

Technical Sales Manager

We are looking for a Technical Sales wizard who will be :

  • The interface between product/technical and sales teams : Ability to break down & explain complex solutions in easy to understand terms to non-technical people

  • Contribute to skills transfer by sharing personal knowledge with team and by delivering technical or business presentations to the organization.
  • Means of presentations, articles, technical publications and training sessions : Excellent presentation skills and able to interact well with customers
  • Help develop and answer RFP’s.
  • When necessary, can take the customer technical opportunity ownership, Conduct discovery workshops, map the customers’ business drivers and market challenges to the solution capabilities, and assess business benefits
